Sealed bids for a one-time purchase and installation of a new AC COMPRESSOR will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division/Fiscal Team, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until exactly 3:00 P.M., Local Time, THURSDAY, August 10, 2017, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 to become familiar with the premises specified where the work is to be performed according to the contract and specifications. Attendance at the walk-through is not mandatory in order to submit a bid.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Services, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
