Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking bids for 5G LIMESTONE AGGREGATES FOR 2009 AND 2010. The complete specifications for the 5G LIMESTONE AGGREGATES are enclosed for your review. The proposal will be to furnish 5G LIMESTONE for July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010. The bid will be for a period of two (2) years The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any defect or irregularity in bids. The City reserves the right to accept any separate item in the bid; and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the City, is to the best advantage and interest of the public we serve.
