Request for Bid forms will be received in a sealed envelope by the City of Port Huron, Michigan by mail or in person in the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan 48060, until 3:00 p.m. on February 12, 2025 and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Meeting Room of aforesaid Municipal Office Center.
Terms are Net 30 days from delivery. Prices are to be based on full truckload quantities, F.O.B. Destination. Availability shall be 1 to 2 days after receipt of order. (If availability cannot be achieved within one week after receipt of order, accommodation may be met by splitting a load between the Water Plant and the Wastewater Treatment Plant, with prior notice, and with no additional cost to be incurred by the City of Port Huron.)
