Bidding documents including drawings and project manual contract documents, including instruction to bidders form, agreement and specifications may be examined and shall be obtained from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website by BidNet Connect, Located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn beginning on Friday, January 22, 2021. All Bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN.
A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose.
