Description

The City of Oak Park is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to lead an update of the City’s Master Plan. This update must incorporate a housing assessment in accordance with the recent amendments to Michigan Planning Enabling Act (Act 33 of 2008), enacted through House Bill 5557 (HB 5557), and provide strategic recommendations for future development opportunities, including potential senior independent living housing on the City campus, and redevelopment strategies for underutilized or vacant properties throughout the City.
