The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Cabot Drive, Lewis Drive, Trans X Rd, and Donelson Drive Rehabilitation project. This project consists of concrete pavement repairs, asphalt joint repairs, cold milling concrete and HMA, and HMA overlay work on various roadways within the City.
