Description

The City of New Baltimore, Michigan invites applications from licensed agents or brokers to act as “Real Estate Agents of Record” (Agent) for an initial term of 6 (six) months. The Agent will provide the City with real estate sales services to market and represent the City in the sale and/or purchase of real estate.
The City of New Baltimore currently has two properties it is looking to market. One is a 30+ acre parcel located on County Line Road in Ira Township, Michigan, just outside of the city limits. The other is a wooded parcel on Main Street across from Holt Street.
