RFP - 4573 - RFP 4573 - Eng. Services: Federal Grand-Funded Reconstruction of Local Streets

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 to provide the City of Midland Engineering Department with professional engineering/design, construction administration and construction inspection services, in accord with the attached specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions about the bid shall be directed to purchasing@midland-mi.org.

The City requests design, construction administration and construction inspection services for the local street reconstruction projects listed below, some of which include water main replacement. As this project is planned to receive federal funds through a Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Relief (CDBG-DR) grant, the successful bidder shall meet the construction administration requirements of the MEDC, included herein.
