Description

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 10th, 2026 to provide the City of Midland with pricing for replacement of approximately 2,940 linear feet of existing storm sewer, road reconstruction, and curb and gutter replacement along Plumtree Lane west of Dublin Avenue, per the attached specifications and standard instructions.

All questions must be submitted by 5:00 pm, Monday January 26th, 2026.

This project is ARPA funded through a grant administered by the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). Therefore, all contractors are required to comply with American Iron and Steel and Davis-Bacon wage requirements.
