Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 10, 2026, for furnishing prices on cost to remove and replace storm sewer, water main, concrete curb, sidewalk, driveways, and asphalt in Eastlawn Avenue, in accordance with the attached specifications and standard instructions.

Technical questions about the bid shall be directed to Todd Narlock (tnarlock@fveng.com) from Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering.

All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., January 26, 2026.

This project is ARPA funded through a grant administered by the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). Therefore, all contractors are required to comply with American Iron and Steel and Davis-Bacon wage requirements.
