Sealed proposals will be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 333 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan 48640-5132, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 to provide a proposal and price for a community engagement project as outlined in the attached request for proposal. This shall be a two part solicitation which should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as “RFP 3941 – Community Engagement Project PROPOSAL” and “RFP 3941B – Community Engagement Project FINANCIAL”.
