The City of Melvindale Civic Arena Field House Parking Lot Rehabilitation includes rehabilitating the existing asphalt parking lot surrounding the field house building, which involves pulverizing the existing asphalt and overlaying it with new asphalt. The project also includes full-depth concrete driveway and sidewalk replacement on the south (front) side of the building. The project also includes utility structure adjustments, concrete collars around structures, and parking lot striping. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is July 15, 2025 and substantially completed by August 29, 2025 with final completion by September 12, 2025.
All Requests for Information (RFI) are due by Tuesday, June 17, 2025, by 4:00 pm (EST), and shall be directed to Nick Yuvan by email at nryuvan@hengineers.com.
Responses to RFI’s will be returned by Friday, June 20, 2025, by 4:00 pm (EST).
