The City of Madison Heights (hereinafter City) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to replace the aged and failing roof and tongue-and-groove decking at Pavilion C, located in Civic Center Park. The general scope of work is to remove and replace approximately 1,750 SF of existing shingle roofing and replace rotted tongue-and-groove decking.
