Description

The City of Madison Heights, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide (1) installation
and (2) maintenance services for an underground fiber optic cable system, herein after “System” which the City intends to own. Services shall be turn-key and include but not be limited to the
design, trenching, installation, testing, troubleshooting, a nd documentation. Respondents shall describe in their proposal their approach and firm, fixed-price bid for constructing the fiber
optic networks as described in this RFP and its associated attachments and appendices. Please see attached for details
