Summary of Specifications:
The reconstruction and paving of the asphalt parking lot on the east side of One Under Restaurant at 35780 Five Mile Road, located on the north side of Five Mile Road. This work shall include excavation of the existing 7 to 9 inch hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement and existing subgrade, placement of aggregate base, underdrain, approximately 1,140 tons of HMA pavement, striping, restoration and other related items of work.
