Summary of Specifications:
This is a request for bids for embroidered and screen-printed uniform items for the Livonia Fire Department to be delivered in quantities of 20 each of the items as they are ordered periodically by the City representative for the Fire Department. The maximum anticipated quantity to be ordered during the one year term of this agreement is a total of 600 of each item listed. All embroidered and printed items are to be delivered EXACTLY as they are currently configured. Samples may be viewed by making an appointment with Mike Rusnak at mrusnak@lfdmail.com The successful bidder will be able to produce all 4 items listed according to the stated specifications; this is an "All or None" award. Samples from the successful bidder may be requested before the winning award is officially announced.
