The City of Livonia herein referred to as City, solicits interested and qualified private and
commercial licensed firms to submit proposals for entering into an agreement for the purpose
of a five-year, full-service elevator maintenance agreement, on eight (8) hydraulic and two
(2) cable passenger elevators at the Livonia City Hall, the Livonia Civic Center Library, the
16th District Court, the former Court Building, the Livonia Recreation Center, and the Livonia
Police Department.
