Sealed proposals for the service named above will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 1355 Southfield Road, Lincoln Park, Michigan until 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Thereafter, proposals will be opened in public and read aloud in the City Council Chambers.
Specifications and proposal documents may be obtained from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network at www.mitn.info or on the City website at www.citylp.com.
The City of Lincoln Park reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of proposals, to waive formalities or informalities and to make an award that is deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
