The City of Lincoln Park has issued this request for proposal (RFP) to acquire the services for the Lincoln Park Blight Program. The purpose of this program is to keep the premises and all structures thereon free of all nuisances, unsanitary conditions, and hazards to the safety of occupants, pedestrians, and other persons utilizing the premises.
The program consists of grass cutting and removal, properly removing and disposing of all brush, trimming private properties tree off city sidewalks and trimming bushes that are deemed a vision obstruction, noxious growths, fence line overgrowth, grass, weeds, debris, rubbish, removal of abandoned appliances, rodents, and snow/ice removal in a legal manner, any standing or stagnant water (from pools and pond, etc.) to proper drains with the dispensing of the appropriate chemical for pest control. All removal shall be in accordance with any/all local, state, and or federal laws or requirements.
