RFP/22/049 - Project Management Services

In 2020, the City began to expand our security camera footprint utilizing a radio network for connectivity.  We now desire to hire a project manager to help plan and implement expansion of this radio network to the rest of the city to enable installation of more cameras in locations throughout the city. 

This project focuses on the technical challenge of expanding our radio network for the addition of cameras throughout the city.  It will involve adding radios to existing towers and resources already owned by the city and building or leasing space on additional towers to increase signal coverage to more areas of the city for camera use.
