REMOVAL OF CLAY TILE AND UPPER FLAT BUILT-UP ROOFING WITH REPLACEMENT OF DECRA METAL SHAKE (TERRA COTTA COLOR) AND 60 ML EPDM FULLY ADHERED. CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE MINIMUM FIVE (5) YEARS COMMERCIAL ROOFING EXPERIENCE AND PROVIDE REFERENCES.
