Sealed proposals for Ella Sharp Park Wells Number 5 and 6 will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, Thursday, July 12, 2018 until 10:00:00 AM.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Drill, test and evaluate two new water supply production wells in the City's Ella Sharp Park Well Field. Proposed wells shall be constructed with a 16-inch casing to a depth of approximately 80-feet and an open borehole to a depth of approximately 380-feet in the Marshall Sandstone Aquifer.
Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq.
Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, 10:00 AM, at the project site, 314 Birchwood Drive, Jackson, MI.
