The City of Hamtramck is requesting bids for the reconstruction of the two (2) parking lots and access road at Veterans Park to be constructed with concrete pavement and the installation and or replacement of storm sewer catch basins, manholes and pipe. The anticipated start date is September 15, 2025, and substantially complete by November 15, 2025, and final completion by November 30, 2025.
This project is funded through a Michigan Economic Development Corporation (“MEDC”). The project requires Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration of this award.
SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the offices of the City Clerk. Bid must be clearly labeled “HAMTRAMCK 2025 VETERANS PARK PARKING LOTS AND ACCESS ROAD”
