The City of Ferndale is seeking qualifications-based proposals from developers interested in commercial development in Downtown Ferndale. The city is exploring developer interest in acquiring and developing one or two of the city-owned surface parking lots identified as 13 and 15 identified in the RFP document. The city requests responses detailing a clear vision for how the project will address the priorities listed within the RFP as well as the applicant’s experience with similar projects. A strong preference will be given to design teams that have demonstrated success in submitting collaborative public-private projects of similar scope.
