Description

The Ferndale Downtown Development Authority (DDA, Downtown Ferndale) is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide maintenance services for the landscape and streetscape elements within its Downtown Development Area.
The selected contractor(s) must be able to provide a variety of services for maintaining the downtown area including, but not limited to landscaping, planting, irrigation, weed control, cleaning and debris removal, and other services as outlined in the attached specifications. The DDA may enter into multiple contracts with multiple providers for specific services (such as trash removal/cleaning, planting maintenance, holiday decorations, etc).
