The City of Farmington Hills has a consistent need for professional occupational health services for employees and applicants. Such services include but are not limited to pre-employment physical examinations, occupational injury care, post-exposure, drug and alcohol testing (for “Safety-Sensitive” workers), consultation on employee medical issues and compliance with Federal and State regulations. Only those Medical Providers that have a facility within a five(5) mile radius of a border (8 Mile to 14 Mile, Inkster to Haggerty) of the City of Farmington Hills will be considered.
