To achieve a uniform review process and obtain the maximum degree of comparability, it is required that the submission be organized in the manner described. Proposals that do not follow this submission practice may be rejected. Submit one (1) original & nine copies of the proposal documents and any additional requested documents, in one sealed envelope or box. One (1) of the ten (10) copies must be unbound to enable additional photocopies to be made.  In addition one electronic copy .PDF (on a flash drive) is required.
