Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills is seeking the services of a firm to prepare design/specifications for a group of internally lit directional signs at the City Hall complex (Eleven Mile and Orchard Lake Road). Within the past five years, buildings have been constructed at this site including the new 47th District Court building and Fire Department Headquarters. In addition, the parking lots and traffic flow at City Hall have been revised. As a result of the additional facilities and site changes, new directional signs are needed.
