20312.01 - Cicotte Pump Station Generator CDBG-DR

This project consists of installing a generator to service the existing Cicotte Pump Station in Ecorse, Michigan. Project will include all electrical, gas, foundation, and appurtenances necessary for a complete generator as well as four variable frequency drives, automatic and manual transfer switches, and any other required electrical work per the electrical plan sheets. Work also to include one 8 inch diameter tree removal, 7 concrete bollards, and approximately 110 feet of fence removal and replacement with new 6' height chain link fence. 

Attention is called to the fact that all work shall be funded by the State of Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery program and therefore all work shall be subject to Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Federal Wages, including Labor Standards Provisions and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) as well as the most recent version of the Debarment/Suspension Certification contained herein.
