The City of East Lansing is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls contractor to respond to emergency situations as well as perform annual calibrations to flow meters, level indicators, pressure sensors, and dissolved oxygen probes at the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) as well as remote facilities (CSO Retention Basin and Pump Station and the three sewerage pump stations).

Three copies of the proposal documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. If mailed, send the proposal to CIty of East Lansing, Attention Josh Moore, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI, 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, MI. The envelope shall be clearly marked on the exterior denoting the name of the firm submitting the proposal and the name of the particular professional services contract for which the proposal is offered.

The proposal documents may be submitted electronically via email to dpwengineering@cityofeastlansing.com. The subject line should clearly delineate that the message is a proposal submission and include the project name and name of the firm submitting the proposal.

The proposal shall be submitted by no later than 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
