Description

The work under this Contract shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents and Construction Plans and shall generally include: furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for the HMA pavement milling and pulverizing, HMA paving, minor curb and gutter replacement, and sidewalk replacement on East Lansing Drive, Ramblewood Drive, M.A.C. Avenue, Old Mill Road, and Hitching Post Road as depicted on the plans.

The following streets or portions of streets will be milled and resurfaced in accordance with the contract documents.

Ramblewood Drive from Coolidge Road to Winchester Drive.
M.A.C. Avenue from Grand River Avenue to Albert Avenue.
Hitching Post Road from Saginaw Street to Old Mill Road.
Old Mill Road from Pebblebrook Lane to Walbridge Drive.

The following street will be crushed and shaped in accordance with the contract documents.

East Lansing Drive to the Merritt Road limits.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of East Lansing at the Office of the Director of Public Works, up to 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for HMA pavement milling, HMA paving, minor curb and gutter replacement, and sidewalk replacement on East Lansing Drive, Ramblewood Drive, M.A.C. Avenue, Old Mill Road, and Hitching Post Road as depicted on the plans.

Proposals may either be mailed to the Director of Public Works at 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, Michigan 48823 or hand delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Works located at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, Michigan.
