Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Dearborn is requesting quotes for the supply of softballs on an as-needed basis for a one-year contract term. This contract shall have two, one-year renewal options. The initial contract term shall be for a period of 8/6/2014 to 10/31/2015. The renewal options shall then be for respective terms of 11/01/2015 to 10/31/2016 and 11/01/2016 to 10/31/2017. The City will accept "reasonable" price changes between contract periods. The City has the right to determine what constitutes a "reasonable" price change. The City reserves the right to change quantities to be ordered as needed. Vendors!, please indicate whether or not you will accept P-cards as payment options. The first delivery will be needed on 8/11/2014.
