SFQ-DL-107677 - Preventative Maintenance & repair John Deere 310SG Backhoes

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit quotes for the Preventative Maintenance/Periodic Service and Repairs as requested for John Deere 310G 4WD backhoes. 

The intent of these specifications is to establish a contract with a vendor to provide on-site, after-hours preventative maintenance and periodic service and repairs as requested by the City of Dearborn. The intent of this service is to decrease the amount of time the backhoes are unavailable to Water & Sewer personnel, as well as ensuring that only qualified/certified/trained personnel are maintaining the equipment in accordance with the manufacture’s recommendations. 



Working hours are normally 7:00am through 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. After hours, the backhoes are stored at the DPW Yard, located at 2951 Greenfield, Dearborn MI 48120. 

Field Service, as requested by the Water & Sewer division will be covered under this contract. 

Note: City mechanics will also perform minor repairs to this equipment as necessary
