Through this Solicitation for Quotes (SFQ), the City of Dearborn hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit design-build proposals to perform modifications to the inner landscaping circle, situated within the Michael A. Guido Theater entrance circular drive, in order to facilitate the relocation of the existing “Joy of Music” Sculpture at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center. A site visit is highly recommended before submitting a proposal for this project.
