Summary of Specifications:
1950 Wyoming:
1. Remove three story, brick, commercial building 2. Remove all concrete except City sidewalk to include approach, including asphalt parking area. Install curb. 3. Cap sewer opening at property line. 4. Backfill with clean fill dirt with a minimum of 4 inches topsoil and grade with engineered lifts of max 12 inches. 5. Reseed with 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet with a mix of 48% rye, 30% Greenburg Red and 22% Kentucky Blue Grass, hand-thrown and protected with straw. 6. Remove all footings and foundations completely. 7. Remove all small trees (less than 1 foot in diameter) bushes, etc from property. 8. Remove all asbestos per all Federal and State guideline and obtain necessary asbestos clearances. Contractor is responsible. See attached report dated May 9, 2005. 9. Secure site with proper barricades and fencing.

Install curb. 3. Cap sewer opening at property line. 4. Backfill with clean fill dirt with a minimum of 4 inches topsoil and grade. 5. Reseed with 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet with a mix of 48% rye, 30% Greenburg Red and 22% Kentucky Blue Grass, hand-thrown and protected with straw. 6.
