A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project location at 9:00am, on June 5th, 2025.

Fill out and return the attached STA form three business days prior to pre-bid meeting for base access and email completed STA Form to: brian.g.saintonge.civ@army.mil. On the day of the pre-bid meeting, go to the Visitors Center on 11 Mile Road to pick up your pass. Proceed through the main gate, turn left on Pershing Drive, turn left into the W2 Parking lot, see map on attached Specifications document.
