The City of Center Line is taking steps to improve Cyber-Security systems to include Multi-Factor Authentication Implementation, Network Infrastructure Modernization to Support Advanced Endpoint Protection and Managed Detection and Response with Full SOC/SIEM and will receive sealed bids for same until 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the offices of the City Manager/Clerk, City of Center Line, 7070 E. 10 Mile Road, Center Line, Michigan 48015, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The description of work scope in the specifications attached hereafter and shall be obtained through BidNet Direct (formally known as Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN)) at www.bidnetdirect.com, which will be made available on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. A public viewing copy is also available at the City of Center Line, 7070 E. 10 Mile Road, Center Line, Michigan 48015. Documents will only be available through the BidNet Direct website.

BID SECURITY
A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Center Line, in the amount of at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid.

WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids.

AWARD OF CONTRACT
The City of Center Line reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, maintenance and guarantee, labor and material bonds and insurance certificates.
