The City of Cadillac is inviting bids for the Cadillac Waste Water Treatment Plant – HMA Reconstruction project. Project will include reconstruction of the HMA access roads and parking areas at the Cadillac Waste Water Treatment Plant, located at 1121 Plett Road, Cadillac, MI. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM E.S.T. Contract documents and detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the project engineer: Prein & Newhof, 100 E. Chapin St., Cadillac, MI 49601 (231) 468-3456 at a nonrefundable cost of $20.00 (twenty dollars) per set of plans. This project consists of reconstructing the HMA access roads and parking areas at the City of Cadillac Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project will involve removal of sections of concrete surface, crushing the existing HMA surface to be used as base material, excavation for widening, grading existing gravel surfaces, and paving two courses of HMA.
