Bidders are asked to attend a Pre-bid Conference and Walk-through at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, starting at the Market, 117 W. Cass ST., Cadillac, MI 49601.
The project scope includes:
MARKET ENCLOSURE: Enclosure of existing Market with wall framing and overhead doors, electrical lighting rework, and AV system work, as shown on construction drawings.
TOILET ROOM ADDITION: Addition of masonry toilet room addition, with roof system to match existing Market, and all associated work, as shown on construction drawings.
