Description

The City of Cadillac is inviting bids from licensed and insured demolition contractors for a court-ordered demolition of a residential structure within the City of Cadillac. The building in its entirety and the contents are assumed to be asbestos containing material (ACM). The building shall be demolished in accordance with relevant standards governing the disturbance, removal, and disposal of ACM. The Contractor shall be responsible for securing all relevant permits and submitting all required notices required of such a demolition.
