The City of Brighton, Michigan desires to employ the services of a contractor, or contractors, to perform engineering services. During the Term, the firm selected for the Engineer of Record role will undertake a variety multidisciplinary work with a focus on, but not limited to: survey, design, engineering, testing, inspection, in-house project review, and new development review. The firm selected as Engineer of Record will also be included on the roster of pre-qualified firms and is eligible to submit for individual projects.
The firms who become prequalified, but are not in the Engineer of Record role, may be utilized for a variety of individual municipal service projects of limited scope on an as needed basis. This include but are not limited to: street repair/construction, water and sewer repair/construction, among others. These projects may be in conjunction with or in separately from the Engineer of Record.
