REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
BIRMINGHAM SENIOR/RECREATION CENTER
Sealed proposals endorsed “Construction Management Services for Birmingham
Senior/Recreation Center”, will be received at Birmingham City Hall, ATTN: City Clerk, 151
Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10:00
am EST after which time proposals will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed proposals from Construction Management
firms for support of the demolition of the existing Birmingham YMCA building and the
construction of a new senior/recreation center building on the site. The project must be
performed in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the
City of Birmingham until an agreement has been executed.
