Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Pembroke Park Lawn Repair”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, September 27, 2016 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to refurbish the lawn area at Pembroke Park, which includes adding material, laser grading to promote proper drainage, seeding and fertilizing. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
