Sealed proposals endorsed “Parks & Recreation Master Plan Update”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Thursday, April 27th at 3:00 PM after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from design professionals to update the City’s existing five year Parks and Recreation Master Plan. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
