Sealed proposals endorsed “BSD Floral Hanging Baskets”, will be received at the Birmingham Shopping District, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Friday, Sept 8, 2017 by 11:00 AM after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Birmingham Shopping District (“BSD”) is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide approximately One Hundred Ninety-five (195) floral hanging baskets throughout downtown Birmingham. Of these, approximately One Hundred Seventy-one (171) will be 17” in diameter baskets and approximately 24 will be 25” in diameter. Please refer to Attachment E depicting Birmingham’s current flower basket arrangements. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan 48009, and ATTENTION: Ingrid Tighe.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City or BSD until an agreement has been executed.
