Description

The City of Birmingham is accepting quotes for the purchase of an artificial, multicolor pre-lit holiday tree and tree topper, including all associated components, accessories, lighting, and hardware necessary for installation and operation. This purchase is to be made after the beginning of the new fiscal year (July 1, 2026).

Delivery of tree, topper, and all accessories must be made on or before October 2nd, 2026.

We are looking to receive quotes for the following tree heights:

Dealers are asked to provide the following at this time:

cost of tree
cost of topper
estimate for shipping
design and installation specifications
warranty information

A signed agreement between the City and the selected vendor will be required upon approval of the purchase. A sample agreement is attached for reference.
Dealers is responsible for verifying that the artificial tree is suitable for use in the location chosen by the City.
