Sealed proposals endorsed “2023 Spring Tree Purchase and Plant”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin, Birmingham, 48009; until Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at 11 a.m., after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Results will be posted on MITN.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to install one hundred and forty-four (144) trees in various street right-of-ways and parks. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Brendan McGaughey.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
