The City of Auburn Hills is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide Information Technology (IT) Managed Services. The service contract will be for a period of three (3) years with an option for a two (2) year extension.
The City of Auburn Hills has approximately 165 full time and 104 part-time employees supported by IT services. The service contract requires the maintenance and support of approimately 273 Windows Desktop and Laptop computers. Our services are provided to the community on a 24/7/365 schedule and it is expected that the Managed Service Vendor will support those efforts by responding to all service requests in an effective and timely manner. The CITY is loooking for an IT partner that recognizes the significance of our service commitment to the community and will assist by maintaining a relaible and cutting edge IT infrastucture which supports that commitment.
