Attendance at this conference is highly recommended. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time. The pre-bid conference is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify the bid will be affirmed in an addendum.
A site visit is planned for May 6, 2021. Only 6 bidding personnel will be allowed on-site at a time. Available time slots are:

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
