Description

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the services of a Professional Services Firm (Consultant) in connection with the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 49 Old Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105.

The Objective of this RFP is to seek the services of a Consultant to develop and implement a Work Plan to investigate and identify sources of odors resulting in complaints to City staff from properties within a roughly two-mile radius of the WWTP and two locations within the City of Ann Arbor.

    The meeting is mandatory; meaning that only proposals from companies that attend this pre-proposal meeting will be opened and considered for award. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the project with prospective offerors and to answer any questions concerning RFP 18-26. Any questions and answers furnished in the preproposal meeting will not be official until verified in writing through an addendum. The June 28 pre-proposal meeting date will be the only time offerors will be provided access to the plant to observe operations prior to the bid due date.
